When you receive your goods, please check each item on delivery
IF THE PACKAGING IS DAMAGED PLEASE SIGN FOR AS DAMAGED
When you receive the Product/s you must inspect it/them for any shortages or defects or non-conformity and inform us of such within 24 hours. After this period, you will have accepted the Product/s in its/their entirety without fault. As soon as the product/s come into contact with birds/animals, even within the 24-hour period, then that also confirms your acceptance of the Product/s and is then considered `used’.
You must inspect the item before signing as “received in good condition” if the driver is unable or unwilling to wait for the goods to be inspected the customer must sign for as damaged. If the customer signs for the deliver as received in good condition or as unchecked no claim may be made. If customers ask for goods to be left in an insecure area, this will be at their own risk.

Our Returns Policy
We offer a refund to customers if they’ve told us within 14 days of receiving their goods that they want to cancel. The customer has another 14 days to return the goods once they’ve told us. We will refund the customer within 14 days of receiving the goods back. If you return a Product then the Product must be in its original condition complete with packaging, a return note and proof of purchase; the return with tracking number. Return costs may also be payable by you.
